Hochsensibilität / Überempfindlichkeit / Übersensibilität

Menschen mit Hochsensibilität nehmen Reize aus der Außenwelt intensiver auf als andere Menschen, es handelt sich allerdings nicht um eine offizielle Diagnose, sondern eher um eine Veranlagung wie Talent.
Hochsensibilität macht sich in fast allen Lebensbereichen bemerkbar, da sie die Sinnesorgane betrifft: so werden z.B. (bestimmte) Geräusch lauter empfunden, (grelles) Licht heller, Gerüche intensiver usw.
Die Wesenszüge hochsensibler Menschen ähneln sich oft, sie sind meist:

einfühlsam
empathisch
kreativ
gewissenhaft
ausgestattet mit einem ausgeprägten Gerechtigkeitssind
schnell erschöpft
leicht beeinflussbar durch die Stimmungen anderer
leicht zu erschrecken
ziehen sich gern zurück und brauchen auch diesen Abstand zu anderen Menschen
mögen Rituale
schneller von äußeren Einflüssen überreizt
