EBM-Reform: Mehr Geld für eine differenziertere Honorierung
„Die Honorarordnung für Vertragsärzte und –psychotherapeuten, der Einheitliche Bewertungsmaßstab (EBM), soll maßvoll reformiert werden. Das beschloss die Vertreterversammlung (VV) der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung (KBV) am Donnerstag in Berlin, wie aus den nun veröffentlichten Beschlüssen hervorgeht. Die VV beauftragte den KBV-Vorstand, eine „evolutionäre Entwicklung“ vorzusehen, die auch schrittweise für die arztgruppenspezifischen Kapitel erfolgen könne. Umverteilungen zwischen Arztgruppen, die durch diese Weiterentwicklung notwendig würden, sollten aber aus Zuwächsen der Gesamtvergütungen erfolgen.“
