Politische DDR-Häftlinge leiden noch immer unter Traumafolgen

„Zürich – Mehr als zwei Jahrzehnte nach dem Mauerfall leiden noch viele ehemalige politische Häftlinge der DDR unter den psychischen Langzeitfolgen ihrer Haft. Eine Kohortenstudie in Nervenarzt und Torture bescheinigt jedem dritten Ex-Häftling eine posttraumatische Belastungsstörung (PTBS).“
